There’s actually a method to this. However, since this is not a counseling session. Let me just give you a few tips to get you started. Think about what you like. People often suggest taking a walk. However, what if you don’t like crowded parks or you don’t feel safe on secluded trails? That’s not going to be relaxing.
you may want to consider doing this less often but driving to a location that suits you. Another tip I can give you is to start small.
